The K-12 Mental Health Trust Fund was created by the General Assembly in 2021 to provide mental health support to students in primary and secondary schools in Tennessee.
The K-12 Mental Health Trust Fund Board of Trustees is comprised of the State Treasurer, who serves as chair of the Board; the Secretary of State; the Comptroller of the Treasury; and the Commissioner of Finance and Administration.
