The TNFLC Board of Directors is chaired by Treasurer David H. Lillard, Jr. and consists of public- and private-sector leaders across Tennessee.

To make a public comment at the meeting or to submit a written public comment for the meeting, you must register as a “speaker” by submitting a written notification by email through Treasury.PublicComments@tn.gov at least three (3) business days in advance of the meeting of the Tennessee Board of Claims.  The written notification must include your name, the agenda item(s) upon which you wish to comment, whether you are in favor of or opposed to the agenda item(s), and a brief summary of the issue to be addressed.  You are only allowed to make public comment germane to the agenda items.  Registered speakers for a specific agenda topic will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis based on the time of registration.  The instructions and formal guidelines for making a public comment are attached to this Notice.
