Board of Claims

The Board of Claims will meet at 10 a.m. (CT) Jan. 27, 2022, at the Tennessee State Capitol.

The Board of Claims will meet at 10:00 a.m. (Central Time) Thursday, January 27, 2022, in the Executive Conference Room at the Tennessee State Capitol. The Board of Claims will consider the following:

• Minutes of December 20, 2021 meeting;
• Nashville Community Bail Fund v. The Honorable Howard Gentry, in his Official Capacity as the Davidson County Clerk, United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, Case No. 3:20-cv-000103;
• Opportunity for Public Comment; and
• Other Business

The meeting may be conducted permitting participation by electronic or other means of communications pursuant to T.C.A. § 8-44-108.
