The Staff for the Board of Directors of the State of Tennessee Captive Insurance Company shall meet on June 12, 2024, immediately following the Board of Claims Staff meeting, which is scheduled for 10:30AM (Central Time), and which is anticipated to end at approximately 11:30AM (Central Time).  The meeting will be held in Tennessee Room 2 on the third floor of the Tennessee Tower located at 312 Rosa L. Parks Blvd, Nashville, Tennessee.  The Staff for the Board of Directors of the State of Tennessee Captive Insurance Company shall review the following:

• Minutes from the meeting of December 12, 2023;
• Cyber Liability Insurance Coverage;
• Opportunity for Public Comment; and
• Other Business.
