The Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System wrapped up the 2024 fiscal year with a 10.06% investment return, well exceeding the plan’s 6.75% assumed rate of return.
The annual earnings represent over $6.2 billion in new investment income added to the portfolio in a single year. The TCRS portfolio value stood at $69.4 billion, as of June 30, 2024.

The Tennessee Department of Treasury’s Criminal Injuries Compensation Program has paid more than $344 million to victims over the past 40 years since the program’s inception in 1982.
