The Executive Committee of the Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System Board of Trustees will be meeting at 9:00 AM (Central Time) on Monday, November 9, 2020 via WebEx.  

The Executive Committee will consider a proposed settlement in the matter of Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System v. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, et al., relative to UBS Securities LLC.

This meeting will be conducted permitting participation by electronic or other means of communication pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. §8-44-108.
