The Board of Directors the State of Tennessee Captive Insurance Company shall meet on June 24, 2024 immediately following the Board of Claims meeting, which is scheduled for 1:00PM (Central Time) and which is anticipated to end at approximately 2:00PM (Central Time).  The meeting will be held in Tennessee Room 1 on the third floor of the Tennessee Tower located at 312 Rosa L. Parks Blvd., Nashville, Tennessee.  The Board of the State of Tennessee Captive Insurance Company shall consider the following: 

• Minutes from the meeting of December 12, 2023;
• Cyber Liability Insurance Coverage;
• Opportunity for Public Comment; and
• Other Business.
