Board of Claims Staff Meeting
The Board of Claims will hold a staff meeting at 1:00 p.m. C.T. June 7, 2021, via Webex.
The Board of Claims Staff will be meeting at 1:00 P.M. (Central Time) on June 7, 2021 via WebEx. In the interest of public safety and welfare, this meeting will be held by electronic means only and will not occur in a physical location.
The agenda for this review meeting is below:
- Statement of Necessity;
- Review and Approval of Minutes of December 7, 2020 meeting;
- Claim of Anthony Herron, Jr. 0546-GL-16-0300001-001 and 0546-GL-18-0300001-001;
- Renewal of Insurance (Gallagher);
- Opportunity for Public Comment; and
- Other Business
The meeting will be conducted permitting participation by electronic or other means of communications pursuant to T.C.A. § 8-44-108.
