The Board of Trustees for the Chairs of Excellence Trust will meet at 10:00 a.m. (Central Time) on Thursday, October 8, 2020.  This will be a virtual meeting via WebEx.  In the interest of public safety and welfare, this meeting will permit participation by electronic or other means of communications pursuant to T.C.A. § 8-44-108.

At the meeting, the Board of Trustees will consider the following: the minutes of the October 1, 2019 meeting; review of program activity; review and approval of institution spending plans; review of Chairs of Excellence Trust Endowment Agreement; review of the Investment Policy; review of Additional Policies of the Board of Trustees; and provide the opportunity for public comment.
