The Board of Claims staff will meet at 2:00 p.m. August 5, 2021, via Webex.

The Board of Claims Staff will meet at 2:00 p.m. (Central Time) Thursday, August 5, 2021, via WebEx. In the interest of public safety and welfare, this meeting will be held by electronic means only and will not occur in a physical location. The agenda for this review meeting is below:

• Statement of Necessity;
• Review and Approval of Minutes of June 10, 2021 meeting;
• Discussion of Captive Insurance;
• Purchase of Insurance for Department of Labor;
• Opportunity for Public Comment; and
• Other Business.

The meeting will be conducted permitting participation by electronic or other means of communications pursuant to T.C.A. § 8-44-108.
