Tennessee Claims Commission

The Tennessee Claims Commission will meet at 9:30 a.m. (CST) August 31, 2022.

The Commissioners of the Tennessee Claims Commission will be meeting in person at 9:30 A.M. (Central Standard Time) on August 31, 2022, in the Courtroom of Commissioner James Haltom located on the Second Floor of the James K. Polk Building which physical address is 505 Deaderick Street, Nashville, Tennessee 37243. The Commission will consider the following:

En Banc Motions:
Hollie Roether vs. State of Tennessee, Claim No.: T20210315-1

After hearing the en banc requests, the Commission will also consider the following items, to wit:
Any possible legislation which the Claims Commission may submit to the General Assembly for consideration; and
Any other business that might be brought before the Claims Commission.


This meeting will be conducted pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. §8-44-108. Please contact the Clerk of the Claims Commission at 615-741-0741 for more information.
