This position is responsible for delivering a high level of telephonic and written customer service to employers participating in Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System (TCRS) plans. This role serves as a key liaison between TCRS and employer contacts, ensuring accurate and timely support throughout the lifecycle of their participation in the retirement system.

The individual in this position will perform tasks to review and decide whether acceptance is appropriate on claims filed by citizens, employees of the State, as well as requests filed by service providers for these programs.

This position is responsible for calculating retirement estimates for a defined benefit for TCRS members and providing customer service for TCRS members. At the present time, this position is primarily remote, with occasional required in-person meetings. It is anticipated that the department will regularly utilize its downtown Nashville office on a hybrid schedule in the future. Job location is subject to change at the discretion of the Department.
