This position will be responsible for overseeing our business architects and quality assurance teams, ensuring smooth project management across both technical and business stakeholders. This position will have a proven track record of removing obstacles, effectively translating high-level business requirements, and ensuring that all deliverables meet these specifications. This role requires a hands-on approach to lead and motivate our teams towards achieving business goals, as well as driving process improvements.

The position is responsible for accurately calculating retirement benefits using detailed formulas. Also, this position determines member eligibility for service purchase, recalculations, and refunds when applicable. A Service Counselor communicates effectively and professionally with members and employers. Additionally, this team member evaluates data on member records and makes any necessary corrections.

The Sr. Cloud Solution Architect will be responsible for all aspects of Treasury’s cloud infrastructure.  Responsibilities will include creating a cloud strategy to include a fully elastic cloud environment that will be implemented through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and managed on a zero-trust network. The assessment of cloud hardware, software, and logs to ensure the environment is functioning properly, identifying, documenting, and leading remediation efforts as required.

Responsible for the overall operations of the TCRS Employer Reporting & Participation team, one of three teams in the Employer Reporting and Customer Service area of Financial Empowerment.  Within Employer Reporting and Customer Service, the manager coordinates with the Assist Team and the Benefit Estimates team regarding customer service for members and employers as well as TCRS guidelines.
