The Board of Claims will meet at 10 a.m. (CT) Dec. 20, 2021, via Webex.

The Board of Claims will meet at 10 a.m. (Central Time) Monday, December 20, 2021, via WebEx. This meeting will be held by electronic means only and will not occur in a physical location.

The Board of Claims will consider the following:

  • Statement of Necessity;
  • Minutes of October 6, 2021 meeting;
  • SAS Actuarial Report;
  • Budget Request for FY 2023;
  • Opportunity for Public Comment; and
  • Other Business

The meeting will be conducted permitting participation by electronic or other means of communications pursuant to T.C.A. § 8-44-108.
