Board of Claims Staff Meeting

The Board of Claims Staff will meet at 11:00 a.m. (Central Time) on August 3, 2023.

The Board of Claims Staff will be meeting at 11:00 A.M. (Central Time) on August 3, 2023. The meeting will be held in the Executive Conference Room on the Ground Floor of the State Capitol located at 600 Dr. M.L.K. Jr Blvd, Nashville, TN 37243. The Board of Claims Staff will review the following:

  • Minutes of June 23, 2023 Board of Claims meeting;
  • The settlement entered in the matter of Roberts v. Gibbs, USDC EDTN, 3:20-cv-00322;
  • Opportunity for Public Comment; and
  • Other Business

You must register by email to the Board Secretary, Rodney Escobar, at Rodney.Escobar@tn.gov, one day in advance of the Board of Claims Staff meeting in order to submit a comment or request the opportunity to make a public comment at the meeting about an item or items on the agenda, if allowed.  If you do not register one day in advance of the meeting, you will not be allowed to make a public comment at the meeting.

The period for public comment shall not exceed fifteen (15) minutes, and each member of the public permitted to address the Board of Claims Staff shall be limited to three (3) minutes to make his or her public comments.  No more than five (5) members of the public will be allowed to address the Board of Claims Staff during the meeting.
